About the project – Sobre o projeto
Scale Up threw me quite a challenge: create an explainer video showcasing how they bridge American startups with the brightest talents in Latin America. Challenge accepted!
The goal? Transform the maze of international recruitment into a visual story that captivates from start to finish.
I put my creativity to work and crafted a script following the journey of a startup CEO. We showed how complicated (and exhausting!) it would be to handle the entire search and hiring process alone. Enter Scale Up as the recruitment fairy godmother, simplifying everything and delivering the best Latin American talent, saving precious time for their clients.
To bring this story to life, I used 2D character animation and Motion, creating a dynamic and engaging visual experience.

A Scale Up me lançou um desafio e tanto: criar um vídeo explicativo que mostrasse como eles fazem a ponte entre startups americanas e os talentos mais brilhantes da América Latina. Missão aceita!
O objetivo? Transformar o labirinto do recrutamento internacional em uma história visual que prende a atenção do início ao fim.
Coloquei a criatividade para funcionar e criei um roteiro que acompanha a jornada de um CEO de startup. Mostramos como seria complicado (e cansativo!) fazer todo o processo de busca e contratação sozinho. Aí entra a Scale Up como a fada madrinha do recrutamento, simplificando tudo e entregando os melhores talentos latinos, economizando um tempo precioso para os clientes.
Para dar vida a essa história, usei animação 2D de personagens e Motion, criando um visual dinâmico e envolvente.
